Technope – Terms and Conditions for Admins & Users
1. Introduction
Welcome to Technope (Technope.co.in). These Terms and Conditions govern the use of Technope’s platform by both Admins (State Heads, Master Distributors, Distributors, Retailers) and Users (Members). By using Technope’s services, you agree to abide by these terms.
2. Definitions
- Admin: Any user with admin privileges, including State Heads, Master Distributors, Distributors, and Retailers.
- User: A general user (Member) utilizing Technope services for personal transactions.
- Technope Wallet: The digital wallet used for transactions on the platform.
- Services: Includes Recharge, Bill Payment, AEPS, DMT, PAN Services, Travel Booking, and more.
3. Account Registration & KYC
- All Users and Admins must complete KYC verification to access full services.
- Users and Admins must provide accurate PAN, Aadhaar, and bank details where applicable.
- Accounts found with false or misleading information will be suspended.
4. Services & Responsibilities
For Admins (State Heads, Master Distributors, Distributors, Retailers)
- Manage downline users (Distributors, Retailers, and Members).
- Ensure timely resolution of service issues for their downline.
- Set commission structures within the limits defined by Technope.
- Ensure all transactions comply with RBI and NPCI regulations.
- Maintain sufficient wallet balance to enable transactions.
- Must not misuse the platform for fraudulent activities.
For Users (Members)
- Can perform transactions for personal use (Recharge, Bill Payments, AEPS, Money Transfer, etc.).
- Users cannot resell services or act as an unauthorized agent.
- Users must ensure adequate wallet balance for transactions.
- Users must not engage in fraud, money laundering, or illegal activities.
5. Wallet & Payment Policies
- Wallet top-ups are non-refundable once added.
- Wallet balance cannot be transferred to a bank account unless through authorized withdrawal methods.
- Disputed transactions must be reported within 48 hours.
6. Commission, Referral & Rewards
- Admins can earn commissions on transactions from their downline users.
- The referral system rewards both the new user and the referrer (after KYC & first transaction).
- Technope reserves the right to modify commissions and referral rewards at any time.
7. Fraud Prevention & Account Suspension
Technope may suspend or terminate accounts in the following cases:
- Multiple failed KYC attempts or submitting fake documents.
- Misuse of APIs or unauthorized integrations.
- Using Technope services for illegal purposes.
- Excessive chargebacks, fraudulent transactions, or hacking attempts.
8. Dispute Resolution
- All disputes regarding transactions, commissions, or services must be raised via Technope’s support team.
- Disputes will be resolved based on platform records and policies.
- Technope’s decision on disputes shall be final and binding.
9. Data Privacy & Security
- Technope follows strict data protection policies and does not share user information with unauthorized third parties.
- Users must not share their login credentials with anyone.
- Any data breach or unauthorized access must be reported immediately.
10. Limitation of Liability
- Technope is not liable for third-party service failures, including bank downtimes, API errors, or network issues.
- Technope is not responsible for losses due to incorrect transaction entries by users.
- Admins and Users must use the platform at their own risk.
11. Modifications & Amendments
- Technope reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
- Changes will be notified via email or app notifications.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
- These terms are governed by Indian law.
- Any disputes shall be handled in the jurisdiction of Kolkata, India.
By using Technope’s platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
