At Technope, we strive to provide high-quality digital services and software solutions. Due to the nature of our business, our return policy is as follows:
Since our platform offers digital services such as mobile recharge, bill payments, AEPS, money transfer, PAN card services, and other financial transactions, these services are non-refundable once processed successfully.
If a transaction fails due to a system error and the amount is deducted but not credited, the refund will be processed within 7 business days after verification.
If a payment is made incorrectly due to a system issue on our end, we will review the case and provide an appropriate resolution.
Software purchases, white-label solutions, and reseller packages are non-refundable once activated.
If a technical issue prevents the software from functioning as described, we offer technical support and resolution assistance.
Users can cancel service requests before processing begins (if applicable).
Once a transaction is processed, it cannot be canceled or reversed.
Approved refunds (if applicable) will be process with in 7 business days and refund credited to the original payment method within 7 business days.
Refund status can be tracked via the Technope customer support portal.
